Alcohol Gel with 70% alcohol. The denaturation of proteins is more efficient in the presence of water, as this facilitates the entry of the alcohol into the bacteria and also delays the volatilisation of the alcohol, allowing longer contact time. Contains Triethanolamine known as TEA, a strongly alkaline substance used as a surfactant. Its main role is to adjust pH levels, increasing it if your formulation is low.
